Have been going to this salon for a few years now and it’s a lovely, friendly environment! Lisa is great at making you feel comfortable when having your hair done and takes the time to listen! Beauty department is also great, Ruby was fab for my gel nails, they lasted ages and she did a great job!

I had my first appointment at Charlie Milz Hair & Beauty Salon after recently having relocated to Stowmarket. I booked in last minute (the same morning!) and this was a very smooth process, and the team were very accommodating - a great start to my experience. My appointment was with Lucy, who attended to me early, offered me drinks throughout my appointment and spent the right amount of time understanding what I wanted. Lucy offered really friendly advice and helpful input along the way to ensure I got the look that I wanted. As a newbie to the area, Lucy made me feel really welcome and we chatted about different services / treatments they offer to meet my needs in a non-pushy way. I am super happy with the end result (I braved a wispy fringe and bangs), as well as the styling support I received to help maintain the look between appointments. There was a lovely environment in the salon, and they even had Christmas music playing to get in the festive spirit! I would highly recommend this salon and will look forward to using their services again in the future :) thank you!

I have just started coming to Charlie Milz Hair and Beauty Salon to have a manicure and build a gel on my nails. I am always seen on time and offered a drink on arrival. The salon is always clean and welcoming. I am extremely happy with my nails with my friendly nail technician who is always chatty and polite. I am that happy with my nails and the excellent service I receive that I have booked all my nail appointments for the rest of this year! Well done to all the staff you are truly amazing.

I had my first appointment here a few months ago and have been going back ever since. Very impressed with the service. The girls are all friendly and helpful and my nails look great! Plus I have a lovely cup of coffee while they are being done !
